Association Integration Europe-East
The organization has been operating since 2010.
Since the beginning of its activity, the Association has implemented over 100 projects and initiatives of international importance - including those co-financed or supported by: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of National Education, the Senate of the Republic of Poland, the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund), the Ministry of Family , Labor and Social Policy, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kiev, Polish Investment and Trade Agency and others. – mainly in Poland and Ukraine, but also in cooperation with Germany, Georgia, Russia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey.
This includes: social, educational and advisory projects, economic missions, educational and study visits, development projects, numerous trainings and conferences, support for small and medium-sized enterprises and universities, and original projects in the NGO sector.
The Association is a non-governmental organization experienced in serving foreigners and residents of the region.
Since 2019, the Association has provided comprehensive legal, psychological, educational, legalization and integration support to over 6,000 Third Country Nationals in the Świętokrzyskie. For this purpose, it has implemented its own program of comprehensive support for third-country nationals entitled: INTEURO.INFO Good Neighbor Map.
Zorganizowało także szkolenia i doradztwo prawne dla ponad 1200 pracowników administracji i szkół w woj. świętokrzyskim. W tym celu wdrożyło autorski program kompleksowego wsparcia OPT pn. Mapa Dobrego Sąsiedztwa INTEURO.INFO.
As part of this program, the Association has been running the region's main Information Point for Foreigners in Kielce for 5 years.
The INTEURO program is a Association Europe-East Integration initiative that has been developed for years and has gained the recognition of such partners as the Voivode of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, the Provincial Labor Office, the Regional Labor Office in Kielce, numerous NGOs from Poland and Ukraine through partner projects (under the funds Asylum, Migration and Integration, Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy, Nowe FIO Civic Initiatives Fund and others).

- organization of training and conferences in Ukraine commissioned by the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, Polish Investment and Trade Agency as part of the Polish development assistance project (financed by Polish Aid Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

Activities for the benefit of citizens of third countries (most of them citizens of Ukraine) in the following public tasks in 2019-23:
- legalisation, integration support and professional activation of more than 6,000 third-country nationals at the Information Point for Foreigners in Kielce (of which more than 80% are Ukrainian nationals, and more than 3,000 persons with UKR PESEL status)
- implementation of the INTEURO.INFO Good Neighbourhood Map
- launching a 4-language hotline for third-country nationals
- training for staff working with third-country nationals (for more than 600 persons)
- training courses preparing teachers to work with foreign children (for over 600 people)
- Polish language courses at the A1-C1 level (over 2000 persons)
- specialist counselling in psychology, law, translation, etc. (employing Polish and Ukrainian psychologists and 2 legal advisers)
- purchase of modern educational equipment
- vocational activation of more than 800 third-country nationals in cooperation with the Provincial Labour Office and the Regional Labour Office of Kielce
- organisation of more than 100 local integration courses with more than 1 500 third-country nationals
- equalisation classes for more than 100 Ukrainian children
- organisation of Ukrainian language courses for 40 employees of administration and NGOs
- running a playroom for Ukrainian children

Activities:
- creation of the Centre for International Activity in Kielce
- a series of meetings with the language and culture of Eastern European countries
- additional language and culture classes with the participation of foreigners
- cultural festival "Świętokrzyskie - Podole"
- volunteering and numerous integration workshops and sightseeing trips for foreign families and young people.
2024-2025
Opening and running of the Centre for Integration of Foreigners in Kielce as part of project No. FESW.09.03-IZ.00-0008/23 entitled 'INTEURO - Programme of integration and professional activation of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship'.
The project is implemented in partnership with the Voivodeship Labour Office in Kielce.
It is a continuation of comprehensive support for foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.

Lex Generalis Foundation
The organisation, based in Rżuchów, has been in existence since 2015 and its mission is to promote education, European integration and the development of contacts and cooperation between societies and generations.
We implement:
- Proj. "Cooperation pays off in the districts: Chrzanowski and Ostrowieckie". - NOWEFIO Civic Initiatives Fund for 2021-2030 Implementation deadline: 01.08.2022 - 31.07.2024 Total project cost: PLN 285,840.00, grant amount: PLN 240,000.00. The goal of the project is to raise the level of social and civic involvement of rural communities in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and Lesser Poland Voivodeship and the representativeness of their interests in local and regional policies in the above-mentioned voivodeships, primarily through the professionalisation of Rural Housewives' Circles, Village Leaders, Village Councils/local NGOs and rural communities.
- The project "Seniors in Świętokrzyskie - we are, we act, we participate!" - Multi-annual Programme for Older Persons "Active+" for 2021-2025, Edition 2023 Implementation deadline: 01.06.2023 - 31.12.2023 Total project cost: PLN 116,452.50, grant amount: PLN 96,452.50. Project goal is to increase the knowledge and skills of seniors in the field of: social participation of senior citizens in the socio-economic life of the municipality, including the role and functioning of Senior Citizens' Councils, Senior Citizens' Clubs and Senior Plus Homes in municipalities, and increasing the level of social, civic and representative interest of seniors in various forms of social activity and local politics
We realised:
- psychological support for 40 pupils of two community day care centres in the Małogoszcz commune, aged 6-15, and their 10 parents/legal guardians for the Local Europe Centre Foundation as part of the project "Community day care centres in the Małogoszcz commune - family support". - 9.2.1 Regional Operational Programme of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship;
- civic education workshops for 330 people - pupils of 12 primary schools and 10 secondary schools from the area of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, workshops to prepare enrolled debate participants for an oxford debate, and oxford debates for the PISK Socio-Cultural Initiative Space Association as part of the project "Academy of the Youth City Council" as part of the project "Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski - Cities of OdNowa" fin. from the funds of the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2014-2021;
- in 2021 and 2022, for the benefit of the Association for the Development of the Sadowie Commune "RoSA", we carried out 864 hours of classes in key competencies (English, computer science with elements of cyber security and counteracting online violence, gamification, theatre, robotics) for 24 project participants aged 6-15 participating in classes at the community centre from the Sadowie commune with a total value of PLN 73 440 and 144 hours of psychological support for 24 wards of the above-mentioned day care centre brought up in families at risk of poverty or social exclusion and 12 parents/legal guardians of the above-mentioned children, with a total value of PLN 14,400.00. - in 2021, on behalf of the Foundation Centre for Local Europe, we carried out 318 hours of psychological support with a total value of PLN 24,963.00 for: 60 wards of two day care centres from the city of Opatów, who are aged 6-18, growing up in families at risk of poverty or social exclusion and 10 parents/legal guardians of the above children, at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the form of psychological support services. EU European Social Fund Regional Operational Programme of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2014-2020, Measure 9.2, Sub-measure 9.2.1;
- In 2020, for the benefit of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, we carried out specialised activities in the production of materials for 6 e-learning courses in Polish and English - the course "NGO management - management in non-governmental organisations" in the project "MOOC at the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship", under POWER 2014-2020 co-financed by the European Social Fund as part of Priority III Higher education for the economy and development, Measure 3.3 Competencies in higher education, with a total value of PLN 44,000.00;
- in the period 2019 - 2021 we conducted 64 hours of group legal counselling for 42 participants in the project "Active start a chance for success. Socio-professional activation in the municipality of Bodzentyn", co-financed by the EU, Measure RPSW.09.01.00 Active integration increasing employability, Regional Programme of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship;
- in 2018 - 2019, the Foundation's lawyers conducted 160 hours of individual legal counselling in the area of personal situation for 20 parents/legal guardians of wards of eight day care centres from the city of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive development guarantees success", co-financed by the EU, Measure RPSW.09.02.00 Facilitating access to high quality social and health services, Sub-measure RPSW.09.02.01 Development of high quality social services, Regional Programme of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
