We are pleased to announce that the Swietokrzyski Voivode Józef Bryk has assumed honorary patronage of the project "Swietokrzyskie - development and partnership for professional counselling".
About the project
The project is implemented by: Association Integration Europe-East in partnership with the LEX GENERALIS Foundation.
The task is funded by the National Institute of Freedom - Centre for Civil Society Development, which means that all forms of support provided by the project are free of charge.
We invite the residents of Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship - both Polish citizens and foreigners - to participate in the activities.
You will find assistance in the following areas: legal, psychological, civic, professional or consumer counselling.
We have planned assistance for 400 residents of our voivodeship. We have not forgotten about non-governmental organisations, several dozen of which will be able to benefit from free advice and participate in other educational activities.
What support is planned for the residents of the Swietokrzyskie voivodship?
- consultation workshops on legal, civic, consumer, professional and psychological advice;
- direct consultation with a lawyer on: social security, inheritance, housing, property, labour law, education, health, consumer affairs, etc;
- individual consultations and group workshops with a vocational counsellor in the field of: creation of a personalised professional development plan, acquaintance with labour market tools, selection of subsidies supporting professional activity, support in solving problems hindering activity on the labour market, organisation of trainings and workshops for the target group, etc;
- individual consultations and group workshops with a psychologist for people experiencing a crisis. The meetings will be aimed at helping them to mobilise their own resources, regain emotional balance and build the conviction that they have a real impact on their own lives (especially in relation to socially excluded people, children, refugees);
- consultation of an immigration counsellor-translator as a support for foreigners, whose participation we also envisaged in our project;
- trainings for teachers and educational meetings for students in the field of children's and teachers' rights, handling student complaints, methods and tools for working with foreign students, functioning of a multicultural environment, etc.
The project " Swietokrzyskie - development and partnership for professional counselling" is also an opportunity to develop our organisations by organising specialised courses and trainings to improve staff qualifications and build new development strategies.

It is important to add that we have an infrastructure adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Our office in Kielce is also a friendly place for a parent with children! During consultations and workshops, we provide a playroom for the little ones with plenty of books, games, school supplies and a tactile educational board.
