Currently, most enquiries concern:

• updating statutes,
• settling grants,
• preparing regulations,
• interpreting regulations related to running an NGO,
• rules for processing personal data,
• cooperation with local governments.

Some consultations take place online, others in person. Many organisations ask for ad hoc assistance, e.g. in drafting a single letter, but there are also more complex cases that require several meetings.

We maintain constant contact with the NGOs that were the first to respond to our offer of support, and we provide ongoing support to other groups operating locally. This advice line is available around the clock, and we receive new requests every week.

Advice is provided by experts from the LEX GENERALIS Foundation in the form of workshops or individual consultations.

We answer questions in four languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English.
