The most common reports are:

• people returning to work after caring for children,
• people who have lost their jobs,
• employees wishing to change industries,
• young people entering the labour market.

During the meetings, we analyse CVs, discuss the local job market, and point out possible courses or forms of support offered by employment offices. Some people take advantage of several consecutive consultations, especially when planning a longer career change path.

Group meetings organised in smaller municipalities are also very popular, especially where access to career counsellors is limited.

Advice is provided by experts from the LEX GENERALIS Foundation in the form of workshops or individual consultations.

We answer questions in four languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
