As part of the project "Świętokrzyskie – Development and Partnership for Professional Counseling", we are conducting numerous consultations and workshops on career counseling, which have garnered significant interest among participants.

This project is funded by the National Freedom Institute – the Center for Civil Society Development as part of the Program for Supporting the Development of Counseling Organizations – 2024 edition. Its goal is to support the region's residents in developing professional skills and planning their career paths.

To date, we have organized 2 group sessions and conducted 22 individual consultations during which participants received professional support from experts. The workshops are led by specialists from Expert Group Anna Bełtowska, renowned for their extensive experience in career counseling.

During the sessions, participants gained knowledge about creating resumes, preparing for interviews, and exploring tools for developing soft skills. Individual consultations allowed for tailored recommendations to meet the specific needs of each participant.
